Likes: I'm a big fan of anything by Miyazaki/Ghibli. Everyone needs a dose of Whimsy once in a while, and Totoro, Kiki and the rest always does it for me. On the other hand, sometimes I need something serious, and the gang at Studio Ghibli can provide that too, with Nausicaa, Mononoke, etc.

As far as everything else goes, I like many things. Cowboy Bebop is on top, of course, but everything else is close behind. I prefer some action in my anime, as can be seen by my top ten, but once in a while I like something a little less action oriented, like Kare Kano or Fruits Basket.

Cowboy Bebop

Dislikes: Don't talk to me about Sailor Moon. Please don't. Please please please. If I hear the word Dragonball (or for that matter the final scene in Matrix Revolutions), I'll roll up into a fetal position until you leave the room. I know a certain someone thinks Utena is a great anime. It sure is... great at making me gouge out my own eyes.

Overall, the shallow animes targetted at youth just don't do it for me. I need content, not just the same thing over and over. I had high hopes for Inu Yasha (as I had enjoyed Kenshin immensely), but as time went by, it was the same thing over and over. Bleh.
