Battle Stage is difficult to review. Hmm... scratch that. Battle Stage is a difficult anime to write a synopsis for. It is a compilation of most of the races that took place throughout the series (a couple are actually absent!) while providing a huge graphical overhaul and a new, never before seen race between Keisuke and the EVO4 of the LanEvo team.

However, the races featured all end up being boring. The creators tried to fit a large amount of really long races that normally take up at least an episode each into 40 minutes. What this means is that the races, which are normally around 30 minutes each, have been condensed into 5 minute sequences that are over as soon as you begin to remember it.
