I apologize for the lousy synopsis, but it was reaaally difficult to write one for Momoiro Sisters. Much like many other multi-episode shorts, Momoiro Sisters doesn't actually have a plot to summarize. But since it's a comedy series, it wouldn't be fair to rate it based on plot :)

While it may certainly fail as far as story goes, it is a VERY funny series. I found myself cracking up at nearly every episode. Much of MS is fan service comedy, but it really isn't very gratuitous (like bouncing breasts, panty shots, etc). The animation of MS isn't really anything special. The colors are slightly faded and occasionally there isn't a background, but it definitely accomplishes what it was meant to do. The music is also pretty subpar, but 5 minute animes aren't exactly known for their music.
